Returns:
Your satisfaction is important to us.  Should you find it necessary to return an item for a refund, we recommend you send your package via insured/prepaid US mail or UPS within 30 calendar days of your invoice order. Please note that return shipping is at the purchaser's expense.  Hygienic liners must still be in place.  Due to health regulations, we cannot take back worn, soiled, or laundered garments. Please state clearly the reason for your return and a copy of your invoice. If we receive a worn, soiled, or laundered garment, we will ship it back and charge your account $10. G strings and/or thongs are not returnable.

We are not responsible for lost packages being returned. We are not responsible for lost packages dropped off without signature authorization.

Exchanges:
To exchange an item, send back the item subject to the same stipulations stated under returns above, and state what you would like. Please remit $7.95 to cover the postage and handling for the exchange.

Note:
Orders are sent out within 14 to 21 business days. If an item is back ordered, and this time frame cannot be kept, you will be notified.
